So im going to be in the market for one of 2 cars in the next month or so...The first(and im really leaning towards it) is the 350z 03-05...second is an an 03-04 Evo...

I currently drive a 00' Celica GT-S but its getting some miles on it and I need something faster.



I test drove a Z and i really did love everything about it besides that it was N/A and ive been trying to find an Evo to drive but they go so damn quick...My question is what are some of the big problems Evo owners face for 03-04 Evos in terms of the cars weak links...

P.S im looking for a Red White or Blue one in the Western PA area for around 17k so if you know of one tell me about it and ill keep it in mind when im shopping

i had an 03 350z before my 03 evo... and i honestly like the evo more. The evo looks better imo, and the evo is super easy to work on and mod. the 350z was nicer on the inside but only a 2 seater, which was cool when i got it at 18 years old, but i really appreciate the room in the evo now. the 350z cost alot more to modify and was way harder to modify.

 

yea i was thinking about the 2 seater thing but the more i thought about it the more i liked it...that means i dont have to take it on any road trips that i go on with friends to the city and stuff =P and risk it getting a bo bo. But i would feel the same way about the evo too...i just like my cars ha.

Really the only thing i can think of i want to do the z is breather mods, nav system, and put it on the bottle the evo i could do more thing with but at 19 i shouldnt really be worried about how fast it is cause im still young.

I do, after college, plan on getting an Full blown MR (thats the evo i really want) so this next car is just a filler till i get that.
