It has 56K on the body and less than 1,200 miles on the new motor, I got it for $18700, I love it! I'll get pics up soon

Yeah it has a new motor, Im not fully sure how the old owner blew it up, they must have really smashed on it everywhere they went?? Its blue, pretty much stock except for a K&N drop in filter, Greddy BOV, and I wanna say a turbo back exhaust too, it all came on the car, Im trying to baby it for now with the new motor and everything but Im already running into some boost issues? It doesnt seem to be boosting, I just got a boost gauge and A/F ratio gauge for it(not yet installed), I looked at it and so did some of my buddies but we couldnt find any boost leaks?? So Im kinda stuck with what to do next?
