Because changing the turbo is okay.
So are you agreeing with me regarding voiding the warranty, or are you sarcastically saying that it's not ok to change the turbo?

I'm saying that the dealership has to prove a wheel voids your warranty.

If you purchase a wheel within the stock parameters. I see now reason how it can void your warranty.

Now lets say you purchase a wheel that rubs on your suspension components and causes a strut to fail. then I can see a dealer voiding the warranty and not servicing repairs.

If you replace the turbo, and blow the engine, and take it to the dealer they will say the cause is replacing of the stock turbo.

I think you might have misread or misintrepreted his comment. He is saying "get your rims now, and then get your power mods later, which will void your warranty". You guys are basically saying the same things, lol.

Go with POWER

Go for the wheels, looks like you already have some good mods. I assume you already have a tune, if not, get a tune and the wheels.

Dude. Seriously. I am trying to stop you from getting flammed to all ends here. For your own sake, just stop posting this ridiculous ricer crap.

Who cares a 55 year old redneck revs his Slowmaro/Rustang next to you? The response to this is: NO! it does not annoy me. Because I know if I street race and there is a LEO down the street I might lose my license. So therefore, I'll let the idiot in his big V8 burnout and barrel down the street instead. While I will get to enjoy my EVO.

If I want to go have some run I go to a track or autoX course. Instead of putting yourself and others at risk, while you and the redneck have a pissing contest next to a grocery mart.

Do what makes you happy with you car, not what others say about it. Because you are the one that drives it.

Not trying to pick on you. But do you seriously need 4k wheels on the streets of PA or a 500whp EVO?

I can still see a 400-500whp EVO as fun, but really pointless for a daily driver that you need reliability in.

I think you would be plenty happy with bolt-on's and save your money for something like a house, engagement ring, vacation etc...

Rims wise... stick w/ stock... get some better tires if anything.... but if you wanna be different... and you must have rims.... go w/ Enkies they are by far the best bang for the $ and you won't get clowned on if your ever "flossing" on others.. Please DO NOT BUY ROTAS (see sig)
