LOL, i just passed 600 miles and i am going to wait till 1000 at least before i mess with sport sharp and launch contol. But a friend of mine and I had a laugh on the freeway and I can say that it has no problem keeping up with an E39 M5.....now does anyone know if the dealer will know if I use an accessport. There is no data that I could find about it. I want to know for sure if I would ever do it. My STI had one and they never said anything but I would always reflash way before i would take it in.

i also switched from sti to evo x. how you liking that auto shiz? pretty slick yes but its no manual. i do miss the rawness of my old 04 sti, interior, and boxer rumble. this evo exhaust note is NOT intimidating at all. oh well, enjoy. im sure we will both soon be faster than our old sti's... (since we can already out handle them). good luck with the car!

Lol well the car had 120 when I bought it "brand New" and then it had to be driven up from Eugene, OR . Then on top of that I have a 66 mile commute every day so thats how. Also I have been driving it alot i needed it to be broken in because i have a compulsive disorder that causes me to give it some beans when ever possible, and treat every on ramp like the corkscrew on the ring. Oh its got 800 now and I love it. Needs some exhaust though its a bit too quiet. Anyone know what is a good intake and exhaust combo that won't require a reflash and won't void my warranty?

well u would need a reflash/tune if u want the maximum output that an intake/exhaust can provide. without one, i.e. by just installing the hardware, u will only get minimal gains.
and unfortunately, any modification has a potential of voiding the warranty. depends on dealer. BUT, most of em are REAL uptight (to put it mildly) when it comes to evos!!
