traded my 2006 STI for a 2008 MR

Take delivery this week.....better than christmas.

Yeah, I went to see an 07 sti the other day deffinately nicer, however the recaros are deff better track seats even tho not as comfy.

im still debating over the X its tough, but id defiantly take a XMR over a sti anyday i cant stand those boxer motors to much. after you hit 100k miles they leak oil out of every seal and as soon as you have coolant issues kiss that motor goodbye

I had always lusted over an MR of some year and i needed a change . Additionally i bought the STI with 8000 miles on it from a dealer and thought it was a cream puff. And then I find out it was in a crash, the engine drops a cylinder because of the hole in the intercooler because it had been modded and then returned to stock. I just couldn't look at anymore with out focusing on the fact it was tainted. Also it was approaching 50000miles and I wouldn't want to be out of warranty with that car

I also love the interior and all the features and the flappy paddles. I am a serious manual guy but that tranny is slick.
