EVO IX for first car.
Being 15 = 15yrs to grow
Buying a EVO 9 MR = $22-27K
Being 15 and owning a EVO 9 MR while having it last through College = Priceless!!
Sorry couldn't resist....

Really the Evo is Not A GOOD First Car for any KID just getting his or her license.
Need to have I say a Few Years behind the wheel before you step up to this Awesome and very powerful machine. It is a very Fast car for normal people let alone a KID. Sorry to say but you still are a kid. I remember being 17 and riding in a friends WRX and thinking OMG this thing is FAST... When that is very slow in comparison to a EVO. My Dad Still Says I can't believe your car is this fast and you have had one since you where 19. Looking back I am very surprised I had a car like that at that young of a age. Wait a few Years man have fun learning in a honda or something else not as powerful or as Expensive. But once you are in College the Evo is a GREAT CAR
GL With what ever car you do get tho
LOL it's funny how this stoopid topic makes 10 plus pages in less than a day... I agree this kid is way offline but still u guys have kept on feeding the fire... We get it, kid got flamed and is obviously immature... Can't take constructive criticism either... If I wasn't pulling 24 duty I would definately not care for this lil' brat, who is going to change his mind the second he sees something else .... Hint hint that transformer camaro in the upcoming revenge of the fallen, I'm sure daddy can get u one of those....
I've always loved Evos and I wanted one for my first car. But my parents wouldn't let me. And now I sort of understand why. I rather get it later when I learn to drive well instead of wrecking a beautiful and expensive car. And getting it with your own money, you will appreciate it a lot more. Sure the easy way is to get your parents to get it for you but you won't take care of it as much as if you get it with your own money IMO. I'm 19 and I still want an Evo, but I can wait.
Like everyone else said, get a Honda or another cheap/reliable car. I have a 08 Lancer GTS and its my first car, and I love it very fun to drive. So maybe that's an option?
