Cobalt SS here! OH no
If I were to pick up any FWD car it would be a Speed3. Used they are selling for $13-15K and are wonderful cars. Come standard with a lot of stuff like heated seats and dyno stock around 240WHP. Otherwise my next choice would be a Si/Type-S.

I highly respect your ideas and your thoughts... Not too many people can say that... We had one guy here post a thread saying "I'm about to turn 15 would an EVO be good for a first car?" That went wrong...
I started out with a cheap 5K car, 95 Galant S, then traded that in for a 2006Nissa Spec V, fast little car...
Than when it was time and I was ready and had the money, I got me my EVO VIII... 4yrs later, no tickets, Knocking on wood no wrecks and thankfully no Dings!!!
GL to you and I do respect those Cobalt SS, when done right, they look sweet and sound great!

Never a problem, Evom is one of the most visited forums around, by car owners of all sorts. Back when SRT's were the new big deal, a lot of those guys were out against the world and would join the evo forum just to start wars. Usually threads would end up getting shut down and new members banned.

Well you wont find much in the newb forum. Its been a while and im not sure about the rules with newbs starting threads in the Evo General forums.

Some of you guys need to stop hating, many of us started somewhere before getting our EVOs, some are just more fortunate than others and many such as myself busted their *** to get one...
I could've have gone with a Supra however, I can't afford it and I wanted something new with a promising future for it...
Man I been reading on this forum for a while (never really posted) but I have to say some of you Evo ppl can be real a$$holes sometimes. The cobolt guy came to this forum and was just introducing himself with no threats or offensive remarks, and you call his car garbage, and tell him to leave the forum. Last I checked this is a place for ppl to make friends who enjoy the same hobby and interests. And to cobaltboi318, welcome to the forum don't pay attention to some of the ignorant ppl on here(there are a few).

I would have bought an evo if i could afford it, but its just not logical right now. i pay 365 a month right now.
I traded in my slow POS Mazda befor this car. and this is a huge upgrade for me.

I really appreciate that! Ill keep everyone updated...Im just really interesed in the Evo X...very similar in my head to my car when a tune is concerned.
