I drive a 2009 Cobalt SS/TC

I guess ill post my write up later about the car. After the haters come in

 

i remember back when i had my brand new 04 chevy cavalier with a sick body kit and dual exhaust, some cop pulled me over just to compliment me on my car and ask if it was the new cobalt he had read about

thanks, i actually traded the cavalier for an 09 lancer gts, then a year later upgraded to an evo x, i think im done upgrading for a while, lol

but yea the cobalt SS is a fast car, great bang for the buck

Im holding 20psi right now spiking 22-23

After the mods on the way we are looking for 340 whp and 400 tq on the stock turbo. (Dyno numbers soon) Which is a Twin scroll K04.

Pro's and Con's:

I have a horrible rattle coming from my sunroof! it is bad.


I love the car but i have had a few problems. Some leaks....

Valve cover was leaking from the drivers side. Just a very small leak but needed to be addressed.

Oil pan bolt was too tight and was leaking oil.

Any other questions please ask and i would love to fill you in on whats going on with the cobalts!

Are you sure it wasn't the cam position sensor o-ring?

 

So your all badass because you drive an evo and must put other people's pride and joy down?

Not my cup of tea, but they arent garbage. Ive seen some crazy fast ones before..

Yes I do like the Evo...and i respect it.

not sure what the big deal is. Just another car that pleases someone elses interest. Im not a fan of FWD but to each his own. nice car.
