Hi everyone,
I don't own
yet, because waiting for the Evo. I own 2002 VW GTI which I love (and not going to sell no matter what), and getting EVO VII as soon as it comes out. I was waiting for a good rally car for a long time (don't like the look of the WRX though) and finally Evo is coming to the US
I'm not a spy from one of VW forums, I'm just huge fan of EVO cars.

hey I've been a fan of those GTIs... I like the 337 that came out with 18's
So how does your 1.8T stack up to other cars on the street in your opinion?? I might check out that 337 soon.

Try either GTI 1.8T or 337 (engine is the same). It's amazing car (I dunno if you will be able to find one though, only 1500 units are\were available).
1.8 T is so easy to mod (some people just with a chip and a downpipe are sporting 13.7-13.9 on a 1/4 mile), and even in a stock form is pretty fast. The standard suspension sucks, but I replaced it with H&R cupkit and the car rocks.
I used to be a Honda man, but after my Prelude was stolen
I was ready to try european car.
