that thing is the evo vii (7) wheel, and if it is, then yes, but good luck finding that thing.. for cheap too

yes, they can be used on a es/ls/oz lancer

please search next time

search the old threads...one of them has many email addresses of people selling them cheap. ebay is also an option. there is also an installation guide somewhere.
