Tein s-techs
They are both good manufacturers. Listen for advice from someone who doesn't list either as a sponsor in their signature.
I feel that either will be fine but tend to avoid hyperbole like "worst" et cetera.
To use a crazy example- the forum legend "cyber evo" uses Tein springs. Seems to work to break 1 min at Tsukuba. A class winner in the local hillclimb championship is on Tein S Techs also.

Not too many people run the Tein S-techs anymore. Yes it may give the vehicle
a lower more aggressive stance, but the down sides are blown out factory struts
and weaker spring rates which actually in some cases makes the vehicle handle
even worse. Do a search on this topic and you will notice the facts.

like i said in another thread.. 36k miles on stock struts on s techs and never had a problem. I love how the dude sponsored by swift is recommending them and not thinking he is bias.

Uninformed, huh? Two totally different springs there.
They are nothing alike and as always - I recommend them. I became sponsored by Swift after I ran and reviewed the Sports.
People can buy what they wish.
S-techs are TOO low and TOO soft. Their rates are not identical. Bottoming out a strut is what kills them.
Now, I have tons of experience here -- how much do you have?
Tein S Tech: 212-?, 291-?. -2.0 / -0.9 drop.
Swift Sports: 179-269, 207-319 (157-314 for MR). -1.4, -0.8 drop.
Swift Spec R's: 157-358, 196-380 (153-380 for MR). -1.4, -0.8 drop.
Search and read - there are tons of dead struts from the S-techs.
