Hey guys I'm new to Evolution M and figured I would introduce myself. I've been building Subaru's for the last 5 years or so have had a 2002 wrx with a built motor 272 cams and a GT37R. My latest project is a nice daily driver FP Green STI, this car makes 400whp and 400wtq and spools up at 3 grand its a great street car. Now I think its time to move on to something a little diffrent and I think, after seeing the videos of Buscher and AWD motorsports go so fast with full interior street cars I',m kind of sold on building an EVO. It's simply amazing how much power the 4g63 can handle with the right combo of parts. I'm also not saying that im going to buld an 8.90 car with a full interior but I would really like to build a low 10 high 9 second car. With that said here are some pic's of my subaru projects, and hopfully when I have enough posts I will put my STI up as for trade thread for a nice evo8/9.

You should visit DG they seem to do very well with the evo's. But I mean the evo is the only 4 banger that I know off that can be pushed to 600+ on stock block

Good choice
At least the blown head gasket and oil burning days will be behind you. I have 4b11t love its my first boosted car all bolt on parts next spring hopefully getting rods n pistons. I'm 430 whp and 370 wtq with stock block, early performance done my dino tune. 30 psi.
its always subies looking to come to the evo world..never the other way around. Its a mystery to me why people ever compared the evo and subaru. Especially the 8/9 they are just so much more capable and just all together more rare stylish looking chassis. sry but its true
I had both 05 sti and currently 06 evo. If the driver is not tracking the car, I don't see the issue with owning either car... especially if it is relatively stock or fbo.
