Okay i am not trying to be an mean because you guys have all helped out by given me ideas BUT PLZZZZZZ READ MY CURRENT UPGRADES/ORIGINAL POST, BEFORE TELLING ME STUFF THAT I ALREADY HAVE....so a tune i understand is a must, now would i see more gain from an O2 housing or the cams?

The most important change you can make at this point would be more boost (MBC) and a retune. Here are the mods I would recommend, in the given order. This will put you over your budget, so you can pick and choose as you want. Just remember that any combination of mods won't see significant gains without a retune.

- Wideband O2
- MBC
- BOV
- LICP
- O2 housing
- upgraded FMIC
- cams
- short route upper IC piping
- *optional* big injectors and E-85
- bigger turbo

What do you use the car on mostly? If you road race, brake pad, brake fluid and tires would also make a big difference, but if street only then you may want to get other things mentioned above for more noticeable gains. Saving for a clutch may be a good idea if it was never replaced for 45k miles, it may crap on your sometime soon in the future.
