All depends on how well it's been maintained. Ask the guy for all the service receipts and everything done to the car. Also if he has them as him for all the stock parts for the car. Good luck

Yeah, he's giving me all stock parts.

But, here's another problem, I live in Palm Desert, CA and he lives in Sun City, AZ. (Borderline CA and AZ) The car currently is holding an AZ title, what processes would I have to go through for registering this car in CA? Did anyone have to go through something similar to what I am? Maybe explain to me? (Time, type of paperwork, ..inspections? etc.) I have tried calling DMV, but all they told me was that I have to fill out an application. (Hate DMV, they give insufficient information!)

Sorry for changing the subject. And much thanks for replies!

To be honest with you man, if the police in Cali are as bad about Evos as they are 240s. I would use your Dad's friends address and get AZ tags and License. Unless you want 1000 fit-it tickets, and to be getting pulled over and possibly have your car impounded.

Like everyone said, 13k for the car with those mods sounds good. I would try to find out who installed the parts and ask to see what they think of the car also. Most places will install whatever parts you pay them to, BUT they might not agree that they are all worthwhile.

My engine bay look 100% stock, and I am putting down 313hp down. Don't let all the brand names sucker you in, make sure its worth it to you.
