I would take it to a EVO shop if there is one in your town, Looks like a back to stock car. They will be able to tell what else was done to the car

r u looking to buy that car, post the link on here and we can look at it further and pick out other modifications.

Well, I've been looking again since the other deal didn't go as I wanted it to. The car is in Minnesota so I will post over in their forums and see if anyone knows this Evo.
