New here...sort of...
I've been lurking around for quite some time now, decided it was time to actually make a topic and post a bit.
I live in NB, Canada, I do not own an EVO but love their styling. I have a dsm currently. I'll be doing a pretty extensive build over the winter with the 4g63. One of my main goals with this build is to use as many stock evo parts as possible for upgrades. There aren't alot for my goals, but things I'll be looking to upgrade are things like the evo 8 valve train(valves, retainers and springs) They aren't a huge upgrade but will help with a little higher in the rev department, but the main reason I want to use them is they give a good weight loss within the valvetrain. So if anyone has some pm me...lol
I'll be looking to at minimum this year to hit 400whp, then I'll try out the stock block and see how far it can be pushed.
I originally came from the honda world and ran 10.93 @ 132mph (full street trim)locally which was the sport compact record for our region at the time. I'm hoping to cut enough weight out of the car and hit those times again.
Should be a fun season to come, I look forward to reading more of your threads, some nice builds going on here!!
Lovitt(yes that is my name..lol)
