Thumbs up Fill in the blanks..

Hi, I will start my building process soon and I choosed some parts but there are some parts that I am not confident with. So could you please fill in the blanks with the parts that you would go. My goal is 720whp on 97 RON pump gas with max 35psi of boost. I want to rev up to 8500rpm. This is my weekend car and will be used both for street and drag races.I do not want to remove the A.C and P.S. I don't want to try new setups every 6 months, I want to do it once and keep it. All comments are welcome. Thanks

Thanks for the response, Instead of 3586 what else can you suggest to me? For example HTA88,6262 ts, pt67,gt850r,gt950r,4088r,4094r, borg warner??
Do you have feedbacks about these turbos according to T4 HTA86 TS setup?

Most of the turbos you listed are a decent amount larger than the HTA86 and will spool slightly slower. With your power goals of 750whp the HTA86 would be a good choice for the best response. If you think you may want more power in the future or simply do not want to push HTA86 the GT4088R or HTA 88 would both be great choices. There are also some great BorgWarner choices, the 88/75 would be a great choice fallowed by the 91/79.

You asked me to comment on the build and IMO most of the parts on that list i wouldnt use myself personally..

A Carbonetic BTW is 1 of the BIGGEST OVERPRICED POS clutches for the Evo.. The disintegrate and take everything in their way with them.. Not 1 FAST car runs that clutch that i know of..

Hey Mike hope your not referring to FR parts listed

Carbonetic clutches are not what i would recommend for a full drag car (which i know AWD motorsports/Mike do a great job building)
If you are looking for a good high HP clutch on a street car with good pedal feel the carbonetic is great and will hold your power while keeping your left leg the same size as your right. If you are looking to take the car to the track and launch regularly then a more aggressive ceramic set up such as Exedy would be a better choice.

Which turbos can be used with your twinscroll T4 manifold?

I have a manifold option for all T4 turbos up to 42R you can even do a GT45 in 42R housings however i would not recommend going that big for your goals.

thanks for the invite to comment on your build thread but I'm going to bow out, the goal is too lofty, 720awhp at 35psi on 97 RON pump gas?? good luck hehe

When I sent a p.m to geoff a month ago he told me that the biggest turbo that I can use is 40r. (without removing A.C and P.S). But I want something custom. I dont know if FP has an HTA option for 4088r? And I also I am interested on the spool times between 3586 and 4088.

Thanks

no hta 88 option at this point (FP used to offer this however it has been discontinued in favor of the 82 and 86) As for spool time between the 4088R and 3586R there are a few variable in the turbo/manifold options (open and twin scroll turbine housing for the HTA3586 vs TS turbines on the 4088R) let the dyno graph search commence!
