i don't know if its fuel cut/boost cut. Call it what you like. when I'm in 4th gear and downshift to 2ed and go Wot the car hesitates then go's and at around 4,000rpm fell like it hits a wall.i was reading some post. saying with the colder weather and having a tbe with no cat . will cause this... ......sorry noob...

 

i had the same problem with my car. it was the load cut.....more than likely your hitting your boost cut load. If you have ecuflash its under "turbo boost single solenoid", its called "boost cut load". set the all of numbers to max and also you could set the the boost cut delay higher which will delay the fuel cut if it hits....let me know if this all makes sense.

 

What boost are you hitting when this happens?

 

when its not could around 20/21. now 24/25 that's what the defi gauge says. ill just lay off the gas when it freezing out....

 

fuel cut... i hit it today in the cold weather, it spiked to 25psi in third gear on the highway.

 

u need an mbc and tune, and u will be fine.
