pass you can find a better deal for similar $ with less miles. this is more of a 10k evo (maybe) with no trade

Hood also doesnt line up with the fender , looks like its been in a front end accident of some sort with possible frame repair or Radiator support repair . Unless thats how all Evo's hoods line up .

No, something's up with that bumper. The crash beam is missing, and the rightmost (passenger side) clip to attach the bumper to the frame is missing. You can usually tell a lot about how someone treated their car by the little details; this car is telling me it was rode hard and put up wet.

i paid 12K for my 03 evo in much better shape with an impressive, tastefully done list of mods...

thank you everyone for your input, its changed my mind for the better i think. i'm going to keep looking , if anyone has or knows of any cars in the 13 price range please let me know!! thanks again
