Question:
Are all the shift knobs for the evo x generic, as in can it fit the MR as well?

The thread size of the MR is the same as the manual Evo X, however in the MR you have to pull a lever up inside the shift knob to move out from the Park position. I don't believe the opening at the base of the manual shift knob is wide enough to accommodate this lever in the MR.
