Question on hiring someone to inspect an evo for me

Looking to purchase a IX MR near Denver and I'm unable to physically inspect the vehicle. My question is, how do I go about picking a trust worthy/ certified person for the job? Please help...

I would just bring it to the dealer or mechanic to look it over for issues.

The catch is I want the car inspected before I buy it. I wont be able fly to denver and I was under the impression that I would be able to hired some type of certified mechanic to look it over for me. Is there such person?

I would never purchase a car without driving it and seeing it in person first.

It is good that you are trying to find a mechanic or a cert. person, but you should drive it yourself.

Try looking into a specific evo forum that is for evo lovers in Denver. Also try looking up mechanics in that area and finding the best one for the job.

Be patient about this.

Well, I'd say thats risky. It doesn't mean that people don't do it.

What dealer are you buying from? I bought mine from CO and had it shipped to PA.
