no contest the IX but like most already said, you can get it for less.

 

Get the IX, but beware that the information from the seller seems innacurate as follow:

Most mitsu dealers will jump at the chance to void your warranty...

The seller listed that the downpipe, cat, throttle body and flash will not void the warranty which is BS (our local dealership would defintely void it for that). The local dealer here will void it for a BOV being installed.

If a shop will let that go, I am pretty sure they will not honor a powertrain warranty with an HD clutch and aftermarket flywheel on board.

Maybe the warranty is already timed out?

If its of no concern, go for it, but check the compression first, you have been warned!

get the 9...think of all the time you'll end up saving if you dont buy it because you'll always be worrying about everything you mentioned about the 8. good luck tho and hope you're happy with the decision
