436 to be exact! But the autobox went kaput so manual tranny now.

Not strong enough. Mine shat itself with only 340 bhp.
Now I have converted it to 5 on the floor.

Got me driving one of these last week. Pretty awesome on its own right. Very comfy than your usual Evo, and very quick for an auto car. As what its marketing slogan says its a "Gentleman Express". I lacks a bit of low end power compared to manual but once it picks up, it is fast! There even was a review in Japan before stating the GT-A is faster than the GSR in 0-100km sprint if I am not mistaken.

Engine is not de tuned per se, since they are the same with the manual version. Only difference is the turbo which is a tad smaller for better response. Oh, and power is around 270 hp not 260 by the way, so that's about what... only 7 hp difference with GSR.

Also very keen on this car actually, since every now and then we need to get off the tiring stick and drive an auto or semi auto. It's just like the latest Evo MR having the TC-SST Semi Auto tranny. And just like the new MR, the GT-A during its time of release was more expensive than GSRs.
