Might not want to post that on a public forum, considering that is illegal. Also, it would be bad for whoever gave you their friends name because that would draw inspection on their shop.

umm just go to any small shop, they usually won't bother checking anything more than does all the lights work and does the computer pass with all the monitors ready and no chk engine light. especially when busy

It happened for us last year. I thought it was the same for NJ as well. Just call a local garage that does emissions and ask. I'm sure someone from NJ will chime in and get the facts straight for us.
