When you go there look at the radiator and make sure its not damaged on the inside meaning no bent fins, which will be a sign of someone messing with turbos. Look for oil leaks under the car, but i still think the previous owner has lied to this dealer when sold it to them so i still say go there take pics and post them here cause something is fishy.
oh..alright...what should i take pics of??the whole car or what..
should i also ask for the carfax report??...yea..and something might be wrong..because..first he said it might be an MR..then he was like let me go check..and he went inside and came back and said yea...

Do yourself a favor and leave. This dude is dicking you around. Find another dealership.

My dad was in the car business for years and when they have somebody enthusiastic about buying a car, they'll do anything to sell it.

i'd pass, but if you really like the car, go back with the carfax info and have him explain. good luck, and if you do decide to purchase this car, make sure you've taken lots of pics and have done your research...continue to ask questions here since you've gotten such a good response and lots of excellent info/advise!!

I'm with bvasquez. Either the person selling really doesn't know, or he knows enough to try to snowball you man.

I don't see what the complication is regarding this car. First off the car is overpriced. Second, it has high mileage. Last and most important, don't let the dealership have you on a string because they know you have interest/want the car. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, like the classified section here on EvoM. You will more than likely have better luck as well as know some of the history of the car first hand from the owner selling it on here. Good luck.
