only green you should get is the HTA FP GREEN first of all. the bov get a aps twin vent bov. the clutch you can use a single but might as well upgrade to exedy twin. wastegate use one that comes with hta green port hotside and for injectors dont go below 1000cc otherwise wasting money if you want more power. rest of the parts are good. i dont think br makes the street intercooler anymore think its all race i could be wrong on that. not needed but might want to consider getting a ported intake manifold and ported T/B. a 30psi tune and you will be good. dont forget your guages to monitor

It's not a bad list of stuff. Skip the small battery, radiator and headgasket (unless it's blown) in my opinion. If your goal is 430-450 on pump then I would look at the FP black (450) or red (430) or add a meth kit to your list.

A BR ported head with the Green might get you to 430, that would be a nice combo. E85 is also an option but a little tough for a DD.

Stock BOV works the best up to 30psi. Twin disc clutch is the way to go if money is no object otherwise get a single disc with an organic disc if you are not going to launch it much or a cera-metalic 6 puck disc if you are. The wastegate that comes with the FP turbo will work just fine.

If you want it as reliable as possible leave it stock, not being a jerk but you pay to play. Let me know what you decide on and I can give you an installation and tuning quote if you want and we can make the car as reliable as is possible with your proposed mods. -Adam

Red or Black for the turbo as has been pointed out. Red without meth should do 430 on 92 with the rest of the mods, so on 93 I think that should be pretty easy. I think Fast Freddie is making 417 with Comp 272s and less mods than you intend at only 27psi on 93 on a stock VIII head. Something like that anyway.

Isn't setting to higher boost and adding fp black adding unwanted stress on the block? Shouldn't he build the block first? Even if the "stock block" can handle it, this setup won't last the 100k+ miles that stock would or a built block possibly.

I agree with rockman, but I'd also say you'll need meth if you stayed with stock turbo and even then it might net you 430, the new HTA-Green should put down over 450 on 93pump @28+psi. which is why you'll need the 1000cc injectors- don't forget a fuel pump if it doesn't already have one.

Yeah, With the red on 93, you could prob touch 430whp if you have the rest of the supporting mods!

if you can go e85 do it for sure. everybody is quick to say go red maybe he wants as fast as spool as possible making the green the choice for sure red will get you there easier. As for broham your right in your response but 430-450 not really going to do much long as tune is safe. its when your seek 500+ you should really consider hardcore building the block. Remeber its the TQ number that matters at the end of the day 420 i would try to stay under but yes anytime your doubling the output of course things could go bye bye just be aware and have your block fund started
