So....What happened to WORKS?
I tried messaging one of the employees on here. No response for several days. I ordered a filter on Sunday (3 days ago) and I check the web order and it says "pending"...what gives? Can anyone else chime in on their customer service? Just a new evo owner here wondering....
Works have pulled out of this forum entirely, so I don't think any member of their staff is on here anymore. I posted a question about my Ohlins while they were still on here, and no one responded for weeks. Peter G had a bad article about his experience with them, and I think that set the tone for everyone. Best bet is to give them a call. GoodLuck.
I've dealt with them for a couple of years, over the telephone, and have had prompt, same day, callbacks to my questions every time. Never tried e-mail or other online communication though. I would try to call.
Thanks guys. I'm not a huge fan of calling (like most of us I work 40 hours/week) so I prefer to use the internet. End result: I called and their "automatic notification" wasn't exactly "automatic" if u know wut i mean. the guy was nice about it and apologized. Not the worst experience but definitely can be improved upon.
