so far i have a full turboback ams exhaust, hks bov, stage 2 cc clutch and flywheel, sp1 suspension,sway bar, rpf1 wheels,ams upper/lower ic piping, ams fmic, tru boost gauge, aem wideband uego afr gauge and i want to tune it but what else should i get done to it before i have the ecu reflashed..?

 

looking pretty good. might want to install a bigger fuel pump. really you should have been tuned for the mods you have already, the tune will be the biggest gain of any mod you have made to the car this far.

 

your car is coming on 7-8 years old. it is important to take care of any/all maintenance issues, leaks included. this includes addressing issues with brakes and brake related components (SS lines upgrade is a nice mod). see if ferodo, pagid, porterfield makes nice, street/strip brake pads. other suspension issues to address are those involving tie rods, wheel berrings, cv boots, axles, etc. upgrading select bushings would be a good idea.

now would also be a good time to address "little" things like replacing hoses, lines, stripped/exposed wires, connectors, sensors, etc...

 

as to your mods... it is nice to see that you have addressed the suspension. in addition to those already mentioned consider 660 or slightly higher flowing injectors. i whole heartedly agree with the comment about tuning. learn how to do it asap. RRE has an informative web site for instructions on how to street tune with the AFC on the EVO (http://www.roadraceengineering.com/newafc.htm).

 

more on tuning: consider purchasing a mod/software that allows you to tune the car, including fuel control capability, and save at least two fuel maps. the option to abandon a MAS setup and convert to speed density is also a plus. otherwise, if your want a simpler fuel controller, just install a SAFC. and learn to tune it.

you did not indicate if you have a boost controller. if not, install one (but avoid the temptation to go high boost until you have learned to tune on stock or slightly higher than stock boost.

if your turbo back exhaust does not have a high flow cat, then install one. also replace the quiet stock air box with an AEM short-ram intake or equivalent.

 

Like one of the members said here, get fuel pump.

I recommend you do that (get a Walbro - AKA: whine Fuel Pump). get new injectors if you can, if you haven't get a MBC or EBC.

And then you can tune it. That's what i recommend you to get after the mods you have now.
Also, if you got the funds, get some cams. Cams with valve springs, retainers, head studs, will do you very good.
