If you are serious about buying this car, I would strongly suggest having it looked at/over by one of the experienced shops in the area for problems.

With the aftermarket exhaust manifold (and possibly turbo and other less obvious mods), I would be wary.

i think that price is about right, after all is a 4 years old car allready.

Carfax is clean, go take a look in person and have a experienced mechanic look it over

looks wrecked or so... hood out of alignment is kinda a give away. Economy wont make a 26,000 car drop 10,000. Wouldn't put my money into this.

1. Autotrader doesn't differentiate the trim. They can't change the 5 speed to 6 because they go by base model. And so people posting their evo's have to type out MR/6spd if it is.

3. SSL is an extra. Not all MR-SE have sunroofs. Example: mine.

 

it kind of looks sketchy. Might have engine and transmission problems. But who knows, it does look like the previous owner modded it and could have beat it to crap.

 

The hood definitely doesn't look right but for that price I wouldn't pass up the chance to look at it if I were you. The economy stinks right now so people are having a hard time selling big ticket items. I picked up my 03 EB Evo 8 for $12K four months ago. Not nearly as good a deal as this but still a pretty good deal IMO.

 

I noticed this too, but the hood could also just be popped and they didn't shut it all the way.. I've seen that happen before..


Yeah if somebody who lives close to this thing doesn't mind checking it out that would be cool, i'm probably a good 3-4 hours away..

If this car was legit I would definitely consider it, I mean that price is insane..
