You need to get rid of that stock cat and get a High Flow Cat or test pipe.

add in a HKS Racing Suction intake, test pipe and upper intercooler pipe..and get it tuned around 24-25psi and you should be over like in the 300ish whp area

300 is really a small goal and not really exciting lets go for 400-450 then you will be talking a different evo to drive everyday and way more excitment just from that alone

VDR will give you a good estimate as long as you can find a nice flat stretch of road w/ little wind.

i want to thank everyone for thier posts. so far i jump on evoscan and i have 292 lbs tq but for some reason its not reading my hp... i guess i will have to go back to the drawing board.
