ya 22 is too much if you can get him down to 16 5 or 17 flat I would say go for it. 22000 dollars is ALOT of money for a 7 year old car!

There is a red one that was posted in another thread same year with about 5000 miles only for 22800. It is in nj but it could be a means for negotiating. I have seen many clean 8s and 9s go for less so def don't overpay for something you might regret
