Hey guys, so I finally bought a evo after having an SR 240sx for 5 years. I bought this Evo at an auction, which was a theft recovery. I just have a few questions. I am very confused is this a MR or a SE. I see that it has the guages, vortex generator on the roof, but than it doesnt have the shift knob or e-brake. I am waiting for the car to get shipped to me. I know i will deff find out when i can sit in it and see if it has a 6 speed tran. Heres some pics.
And if any of you guys have these parts for the dash laying around let me know thank you.

Pretty sure that is a non-MR.

 

Not an MR or SE.GSR maybe.

 

I looks like a GSR, definitely not a SE, you can tell by the Lip and seats.

 

So im guessing the previous owner put the vortex and guages in there. There is also an emblem on the trunk, i know SE have them on the right side of the trunk.. So what is the difference with GSR and SE. I got it for 10

 

Not a bad deal. You should be under 15 once you fix it up.

 

Deff had to jump on it, seemed like a great deal, and they guarented clutch motor and tranny are good.

its def a 5spd, and it seems like a gsr becuse no lip or red stiched seats...btw nice pick

 

why would they break all 4 windows when you only need to break one to get the goods? Doesn't make sense to me. And who in their right mind steals the dash "farbon" overlay?

I want to know why thwy would go through the trouble of putting a sticker on when its not an SE.

 

If it was a GSR wouldnt it have a sunroof??
