Yup, I'm a Noob..

My name is Matt and I'm from NJ. I come to the forum to learn as much as I can about the Evo's. After much research and debate, the Evo is a prime vehicle for my needs. That is an AWD car that can haul the family. I wanted the STI but it was just to small and the Evo looks like it is much roomier.. especially in the back seat. I'm in no hurry and hope to find the right car. Most of these cars are modded, which is fine.. but I need to learn whats good and whats not ... What mods to stay away from... How reliable are these drivetrains in stock form and modded.. How reliable is a fully built engine..How many miles is too many...etc, etc,. I have a daily commute of 60 miles and the car needs to be reliable. My budget right now is 17G and I'm in no hurry. It seems there are plenty more nice cars in the 20G range..So, on that note...Feel free to fulfill my mind !
