Is it bad toi have a carbon fiber hood out in the snow and cold weather? like if i was to get it, i would subject to rain snow and hot summers. just to make sure you know...a lot of snow. so is it bad or will it hold up?

Look its the same coating, but just be careful, if you care about your car, go ahead and take care of it...
