What type of Fluid is this?

I'm definitely a newb when it comes to working on my EVO but trying to learn more! I change my oil, brakes and would like to learn about the rest. I noticed recently that in the engine bay to back on the right hand side some type of fluid was low... I attached an image to show what I'm referring to... What type of fluid is this???

Its the reservoir for your DOT brake fluid, which is the fluid for brakes and clutch.

No prob. Open the cap, pour some in, check the level, close the cap. Its a pretty complex process

when you brake fluid reservoir gets low, it usually indicates that your pads/rotors are getting pretty low...

The lower the dot number the worse it is. Higher = better
