Moving TO SOCAL!

Hi guys, I need your help here.. I'm moving to socal this saturday. Im going to purcahse an evo X MR, however I'm confused should I buy the used one or new..
I know Sam has a great deal on new MRs ($35,000) before tax or I should get the used one $30,888 before tax but I have not asked them to lower the price..
http://bit.ly/cnHwgV <-- link for the used one.

I want to focus on the used one bcause I can save more money.
New: 38,5k (tax included)
Used: 33,5k (tax included)

Please give me some suggestions.
Thank you!

The used one seems a bit pricey, especially for not having any packages. It looks like it's been modded too; you'd want to double check with the dealer about how that affects the warranty.

New is probably the way to go if you want peace of mind.
