Any exhaust fit with JDM rear?

I have a JDM rear and I am running the stock exhaust. It fits perfectly. I would like to upgrade to a 3" TBE but I don't want one that exits at an angle. I like the straight back exit that the stock exhaust has.

Are there any similar aftermarket exhausts that provide a non salad shooting straight exit exhaust?

I'm sure someone will tell me to search but I have and I didn't find exactly what I'm looking for.

I know Tanabe has some offerings but they also appear to neck down and are not full 3" from start to finish.

They're all angled like that because it minimizes bends and allows for reduced backpressure. That thread has tons of pictures of catbacks that fit the jdm rear, I would imagine if you can't find one you like there you might have to go custom.

Looks like the Tanaba stuff doesn't fit with jdm rear well - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/se...rchid=13522738

go with buschur my friend...they even have a special mid-muffler and rear section setup that is meant for a cleaner fit with the jdm rear. and buschur's exits straight and doesnt look like a potato cannon sticking out the back of ur car..

^ Can you post a picture of the JIC?

I've seen some custom stuff but I'd rather spend $100 more and get one the fits right from the start. I bought one from ebay that looked alot like the tanabe stuff but the flanges were at the wrong angel and rubbed on the driveshaft. The hangers bumped into the rear sway bar. and the exhaust necked down to fit the stock cat. I ended up sending it back.

I'd really like to just buy something the fits and I don't have to worry about reinforcing hangers and repairing poor design work. If BR is the answer so be it but I'd like to see other options.

Does this Tanabe exhaust work with the JDM rear without issues? I'm actually thinking of switching from my Greddy TIC to this. Plus I've read that the Medallion exhaust has a nice deep mellow tone. I may just sell or trade my TIC plus cash for the Tanabe

to the OP. The TIC is slightly angled so you probably won't like it. It fits the JDM rear without issues though.

I vote for Buschur exhaust (Magnaflow) Mine fits perfect with the JDM rear.
