I would say go with the WW
When i was looking for an evo i wanted a black one but the one i found was out of my price range.
I ended up gettin a bby and sometimes I do wish i had a different color.
I do have a sunroof but i think i would give it up for a TB or WW evo.
Just my thought

My advice is to be patient. There are thousands of Evos out there and I bet if you hold out a little while longer you'll be able to find exactly what you're looking for. I spent about 3 months looking for a Blue Evo and I almost settled on a Black 03 with 95K just because I was getting frustrated and really wanted one. Looking back on it now I'm really glad that deal fell through because I ended getting a BBY 03 with less miles for less money, and it came with a carbon fiber hood just like the one I created in Forza 2... lol

its your decision, and only you can make the decision.

asking a bunch of random people online for their opinions is not going to help you in the end, bc ultimately you are signing the check.

if you like the ssl (i do, hence why i have it), get one with ssl. I love sliding into the leather seats and opening the sunroof on cruises and having nice headlights for night driving, the sound system is cool but isnt my thing, so dont really care.

the color is the first thing your going to see every day, so make sure you love it. dont buy the red just because its faster, you can do that yourself.

if you really want white, then get white, and find some leather seats. or just wait, like someone else said, their are thousands of evos for sale, ultimately you will find the one you like, be PATIENT.

but again, only you can make the choice, so decide whats important, make a decision, and DO IT. no regrets, you change your mind later, you can change the look of the car later. gl

Yeah i hear what your saying sunroofs aren't really my thing i never use them. and the sound well i can do that my self im very good with that stuff. i just love leather i had it in my 94 Vr jetta and loved it haha. but i cant wait is the thing i need a car for work as i just sold mine the other day and well my parents are so hesitant to let me get it. they always say why cant you just get something other than this car? well they dont know cars. haha im not gonna waste my money on a car i dont want to drive. well the price is good for these two cars but just one question? if i buy these cars they all have around 40-50k on them.. is there any maintenance i need to do as soon as i get it? or what will i have to do down the road?

Buy what you want. A vehicle is the 2nd most expensive purchase you make (other than a house), so don't blow that money on something you're not absolutely in love with. And if necessary, wait. I waited & watched for 7-8 months before I came across my 1-owner, WW IX RS, that is accident free w/ 13k miles. Good Luck!!

no believe me i am in love with the Evo! i love cars and this is an amazing car and the dealership is very nice about all of this. they are all accident free 1-2 owner cars.

Can anyone please tell me the maintenance i will need? is anything required on these cars? they all have around 40-50k on them

If you really need the car right away I would either find a beater that you can drive until you can find exactly what you want, or try to talk the dealership down about $1,000 on the white one and then take that money and buy some used leather seats from someone. Paint jobs are pretty expensive so if later on you regret not getting the color you wanted it'll cost you quite a bit to fix it. But if you don't care about the sunroof, then you can create your own "SSL" package for probably around $1500. It seems like $1000 to $1500 is pretty typical for a used SSL interior and then you can do whatever you want with the sound.

With how many Evos are available in the used market be picky and get exactly the one you want.

imo, it seems to me as if you dont care about the sunroof. if that's the case, then just get the color choice you want and pick up a set of seats on the boards. problem solved and you got the ww

OK so i just went on the website and just realized that the WW and red evo are both not stock only the black and yellow. i was wondering i personally dont mind if the car is not stock but do you guys think it is still a good buy?

car has 47,025 miles

here are the mods
JGT500 Espilir Exhaust, Megan Downpipe, Megan 02 Housing, Blox front Motor Mount, B&M Short Shifter, White Line front Sway Bar Endlinks, Defi Boost Gauge, HKS Type 0 Turbo Timer, Tomei Shift Knob

here is the carfax

No accident/damage reported

What do you guys think he is asking 21,990 i was going to see if we could talk him down to 21-20... good deal?

after looking at it i feel the black is the way to go its completely stock with only 48,200 miles. the only thing is they want about 1k more because of the SSL package which i cant afford really
