Welcome to the forums, if you read and study real hard, by the time your 18 and can afford an Evo, you will know exactly what to do, in what order.
Why not get an older VIII or IX? I am guessing you don't like the body style.

Not really the body style.... MAILY the 6-speed TC-SST transmission... and it comes stock with 18" BBS Wheels, paddle shifters, Recaro Seats, Rockford Fosgate Audio; alot of little things... and yeh i have a plan; I make roughly $1000 a month... that times 24 = $24,000 (than subtract $4000 for just w.e i may need to buy during the 2 years) and then i can put a $19,000... its about $300 a month and then i have a job set up wen im 18 already so ill have another $1200 a month for bills living in an apartment with 2 rooms and by best friend (09 WRX STI) as a room mate to pay half the bills; so thats about $500 a month (SUPER GOOD APARTMENT) and leaves money for gas; food; and savings for upgrades
good plan? kinda needs revising...

"Supposable" isn't a word. But it's pretty much THE most expensive car to insure out of the cars that have more typical ratings, which includes cars like the M3, M5, GT-R, etc. but leaves out some of the more exotic cars (Ferraris, Porsches, etc.)
That's still not a word though, it's supposedly. But to be honest, I don't think that you'll be able to afford an Evo for a while. It costs more than you think. I get where your head is at since I was 16 once too (though over a decade ago), but there are so many things you're not considering. Will you even have a decent credit history by the time you expect to buy an Evo?
Assuming there aren't going to be any financing specials, that's the going rate if you have Tier 1+ credit. I don't think you'd have that built up by the time you're 18. So you may want to get a co-signer or wait a bit.
I have 14.75% APR. I'm 21. So.. you're probably looking at the same if not more. Make sure you can afford this car, you want to plan on making twice the amount it costs you and then you'll know for sure you can actually afford her.
