LOL, I think he was asking 3 most important BESIDES boost.

AFR, oil pressure for sure, the 3rd depends on how heavily modded in my opinion.
Unless you are needing a fuel pressure EGT or different temp gauges, I think you only need the 3 people have already mentioned not 3 besides boost.

EGT gauge will tell you almost exact same thing as AFR, so it's not really necessary to have.

These are the must, the others are optional but I would say have these at the very least.

Newb here, so I guess take this with a grain of salt:

Personally, outside of boost (since that was specified in your OP, otherwise it'd definitely be in there) I'd go AFR/Oil Pressure/Oil Temp, considering our cars come with a coolant temp gauge in the dash bezel that should at least give an idea if the temp spikes. Though hell if I know, I never saw much activity from mine . And besides, if I'm not mistaken anything that's throwing off the fuel pressure heavily should show up on AFR as running too lean or rich depending on what went wrong.. even if it didn't, I'd be leaning towards oil temp over fuel pressure as a better gauge of when it was okay to start flogging the car or when to ease off. Oil's a motor's lifeblood, so for some reason I'd want to keep an eye on it.

Wideband, oil pressure, and a proper water temp gauge IMO.

Here's how I like to look at things.oil pressure gauge for bottom end, water temp for head and wideband to know the mix.oil temp is useless IMO.so is egt gauge unless you have sensors for each cylinder.
