Vtbimmer checking in........

Ive been lurking for a week now. Currently driving a '05 LGT (for sale!) and looking at purchasing a 2011 GSR. Im just wondering when the '11's will be avalible for ordering/purchasing. I see the Mitsu website lists 2011's for every model but the evo. Anyway Ive had a plethora of fun cars through the years including 2 Alpina BMW's, a WRX, and a '08 FXT Sport. Cant wait to get my hands on the GSR!

Current pic for reference....

Ive been talking to the Keene NH dealer. Nobody can tell me anything about the 2011's though. Ive even called NY dealers and no one has called back. It's like the Evo is a mystery car to them even though its the only one on the lot worth selling.

Are you talking to Matt there? that place is horrible also, let me find the card to the guy where mine came from. When I went to buy mine I drove to keene when I got there after a 3 hour drive the guy told me that the car sold yesturday. It was awesome

I was also working with a guy named Bill Hugerich @ Mangino Mitsu in Clifton park NY, seemed like a good group of people but the price just didnt work.

Mine came from Concord NH, http://loveringmitsubishi.com/

Exactly who Im talking to. He seems like a nice honest guy but Mitsubishi doesnt seem like his specialty.
Yeah I called Mangino last week. The phone rang forever and when I finally talked to a sales guy he seemed like he was not even listening to me and sorta just rushed me off the phone. Havent heard a thing from them since.

Thanks for the link. I will definately check them out.

Yeah I just bought my Evo about 2 weeks ago off of a private sale. I went down to keene mitsubishi and I walked in and asked to see the car and they laughed at me and said it was sold. I thought about throwing something through the plateglass windows in the showroom. I was so pissed off , everything work out! You will love the car its so much more badass then anything I have ever owned/driven.

I bought an 08 GSR (11k miles) for 28k with the SSS, I didnt want an SST transmission because it will be on the track. I am going with SSCV to SLMP this weekend to run it for the first time.

All of the paper work is in order. The guy is coming up Friday. He's paying off my loan and giving me his '98 Supercharged Toyota Avalon. Im payment free for the winter so I can save for a good downpayment. Still no news on the 2011's though.
Also sucks that the DMV only gives you three months to claim tax credit from selling this car towards the purchase of another.
