Question
Not to thread jack, but I've been wondering for a while, what do you put in it when it is empty? I don't use it much so its never been empty, but the symbol on the reservoir looks like windshield wiper fluid. Is this what should be put in there?
I have a '10 RASB, there are 2 empty spots next to the AWC button. Is it possible to install an inter-cooler sprayer and install the switch there? BTW its behind the shifter in front of the e-brake/ cup-holders
Thanks
Thanks
When i used mine i put the clearest windsheild washer fluid i could find in it....I figured if i used the blue kind it would die or stain my intercooler....ive never really needed it but i would like to know when you put it in auto when does it spray? does it work of intake temps or is it of tps voltage? ...
P.S. i wouldnt use water if you live in a cold area like i do it will freeze and then yours wont work anymore lol

somehow, in auto, it detects the temp coming from your uicp.
in manual, you hold it down, it continues to spray. however been told if u hold for more than a few seconds, it could damage the pump.
my reservoir apparently has a hole somwhere, so i cant put too much in, but you should consider using distilled or filtered water.
no not because improved performance over tap water nothing like that, cleaner water = cleaner pump.
and the reservoir is located on drivers side, almost in the very front corner.

There is an overflow tube in the IC spray bottle. You CANNOT fill it to the top. If you do fill it to the top, the drain tube will drain the liquid until the advised maximum level is reached.
