I'm about to take delivery of a 2003 Evolution 8 around November 28th. I should be taking it for my first test drive this weekend I'm excited! You should see the dumb *** look on my face when I think about it. I waited 2 years and it was well worth it. I'm glad I didn't buy a S2k. Since I don't want to post pics of the car till I get it. Here are my current toys and some love lost.


2007 GSX-R Intake, Jardine header and exhaust, Set valve removed, pin 30 pulled from ECU, Tuned, Frame sliders, Michelin pilot power 2ct. Paid off, now it's Evo time!


Took this pic when my buddy was getting his Evo dyno'd. I wish I could remember the shop. It was Dyno day here in WA. Some guy thought it would be a great idea to have me wrap the throttle out to 16k when he had his ear next to it . I didn't want to, but my fat friend in this pic laughed at the guy and told me to do it.

Doing body work on 2 cars at once sucks! 1979 16v 1.8PL Scirocco. All stock no schlock.. haha. There isnt anything stock on that car. My brothers and my ugly track car that gets down. I still have this one. On the right my Corrado which is now sold. I wanted an Evo

Haha yeah. Seems like mine spent more time being worked on rather than driven. I owned that corrado for 9 years. Was a sad site to see it go.

Haha thanks man! That Dyno day was an evo dyno day and the guys from english racing came up to WA for the shoot out. (I think that's what it's called). I still can't remember the name of the shop. The owner of the shop had a stock GSX-R 1000 and wanted to race me to see the difference since mine was modded. Obviously I was going to lose lol. My bike is a little slower than my brothers 09 GSX-R 750.

Thanks man! I was able to test drive the car last weekend and I can say I'm already in love. I cant believe how nice the transmission shifts. There is no syncro grind in the car like my buddy's IX at all. It shifts better than my 92 Laser. The wait is grueling and it might snow soon.

 

nice bike, I wish I could get one, must blow the evo in speed and power!
