fitting 18 x 10 wheels

ok so i am ordering these wheels tonight off of wheeldude thats if they take orders over night online.

i want to see if these will fit or how much time and effort, cash, will it take to get these to fit.

i have my rears rolled currently. nothing else has been done.

any advice is appreciated but leave negative comments out.

I just finished spending $5,000+ getting 18 x 10.5 + 30 Enkei's to fit on a stock fender IX.

I did the following:

EvoDave fender mod
wheel spacers
pull roll fenders
ARP wheel studs
Megan Rear Control arms
Negative camber.

Had my back half of the car repainted... It was a lot of work but looks good and is worth it IMO.

It's not your car and I didn't spend that much to "fix" wheels.

The Enkei's were $1,200
Tires were $700
Parts
Labor
Paint
etc....

Do the math and maybe one day you can be a big baller and start telling people how they should spend their money..... kid.

Or maybe you can make your Colbalt SS go fast Mr. 2 posts on EvoM...

No... Rolling the fenders is much harder in paint the pulling. The paint is stretched much less, just heat it up to where it's flexible.

It's too hard to give a definitive answer on how to fit aggressive wheels/tires. But we can give you generic advice. Different style wheels/ spoke pattern and offset determine how the wheel sits. Best thing to do is trial and error to make em fit. Tires are also very important, width and height. Also some companies ratings are different than others so a 265 tire may fit like a 275 on different brands.

I believe someone on here has fit those exact wheels and flared their rear fenders to get them to fit. I think that was done in order to not run a lot of negative camber. I tried looking for the thread and pics but it is a copper/burnt orange evo, nose chop, with black SVN's 18x10. Check out the aggressive wheel thread. Not sure how far back it is but I know they posted pics in there.
