I have euro Evo8, and I would like to install evo 9th 1st and 5th gear + shep syncros into my gearbox can any body help me what do I need to complete this "swap"

Id say call shep racing. I'm sure they can set you up with everthing you need

 

He will turn your current trans into ultimate. mines ultimate also, the evo 9 1st gear is awesome.. goes to 50mph+ in 1st

 

Iam actually in the same boat. I definetly getting the 1st gear option, but I dont know what other options to go with. I have 2 trannys that I will be sending out to either shep or BR?

 

the point I dont want to send is I am in Ukraine and sending there and back will cost me as one more tranny, thats why I wanted to buy all needed and install evrth here in Ukraine

 

Iam in Hawaii, and shipping is also going to cost me an arm and a leg, but its better to have them do it as apose to someone who has never worked on a 4g63 tranny before. Plus they have warranty on their transmissions.

 

Ultimate transmission in my opinion is best of both worlds lol

 

I understand you don't wanna send it out. Maybe he can send you the parts he uses. Not sure if he would do that or not but its worth a shot
