Did it have the stock wing on it? im sure if it was wingless they would have been what a nice looking sedan lol. Nice pick up though. Stick to your guns and enjoy the car!

My wife was also pissed 4 yrs ago, but now she loves it and enjoys cruising. She especially love cruising on the backroads during the fall. It's too practical not to like. You can drive it 365 days a year, it's a 4 cyl and it's fast. Your wife may be jealous bc she doesn't have one for herself lol!

 

Beautiful car, I like the color. Same as mine. I am 55 and I need a tune at buschur's then I finally get to drive it.

Same age as you, but never got a similar reaction. The Evo didn't surprise anyone I knew. Wife didn't even flinch; she knew who she married. She was the one who urged me to go and drive the car, as I was mostly looking to go German again. My aging mother said, "I guess this is what you wanted." Hate being so predictable.

wife was also pissed at me when i got mine...then it snowed a ton and she found out her car is no good in the snow the hard way and mine was awesome in snow...fight almost over (mods **** her off now)
