How old where you when you got your evo?

I was 50 years old when I bought my EVO VIII. Looked at the STI and the EVO side by side.... I went with the dagger. Did some amateur Rally Racing in Germany, Holland and England in the 1980s. Ex-Phantom jockey, that's an F-4 USMC Naval Aviator for you young ones. Addicted to speed now as then. 145K with more torque each year. Enjoying the ride never gets old!

I hope I'm half as cool as you are at 50. By that I mean I hope the hobby doesn't escape me by then.
Saved for a while, bought my IX at 21... With the ambition of "I don't need to mod this, I can keep it stock, reliable and be happy".....Lasted 6 days before I bought a 3" turboback and just snowballed from there... how did I know this would happen?
