Recently bought the car, what exhaust is this?

As some of you know I just purchased a low mileage Evo IX. 35,000 miles 5spd in very good condition. The only flaw is right above the exhaust in the rear bumper. (it's in my video)

The exhaust however is quite loud and I'm positive something has been done to it. I crawled under the car and it all looks clean and not stock.

Unless I'm mistaken this is not the stock exhaust. Can someone please watch this video and try to figure out what I have? I need to know in order to plan for mods.

Closest match online looking at pictures was the HKS Titanium Spec R. But I can't be that lucky so this must be something else.

What little mods I have are in my sig. Sorry about the light quality.

I duno what/who made you think thats a stock exhaust but its def NOT the stocker. As to the brand im not too sure(others can chime in) but i would place my bet its a ebay piece. Doesnt mean theres anything wrong with that.

Might be an ebay exhaust or the Apexi GTSpec.

The dealer just said they don't know what kind of exhaust but they didn't lie and say it was stock. They just said they didn't know.

So is this a full TBE and I can check that off my list? It actually sounds pretty good and seems like it's not too cheap of an exhaust. It's not thin or very flexible and looks to fit rather well.

My goal is to get everything needed to tune the car finished. I already have a boost and an afr gauge without the WBO2. I was hoping to get a TBE,fuel pump, mbc and a tune.

Is there somewhere I can look that you might expect to find identifying marks? I didn't look too hard since I was just crawling under the car without jacks and didn't have much room.

looks kinda like the 3.5 ets, or the older version turboxs. I see an aftermarket downpipe and stock cat too.

My greddy says GREDDY right across the main muffler. But not sure maybe some type of ebay. But that doesn't have to be a bad thing. There's alot of fast as f#ck evos on here with ebay exhausts.

Go to the back of the car and put your hands on the muffler, feel around for anything. Then, lay down and look on the muffler, sometimes they arent very distinct markings.. If nothing, make up your own name and call it a day.

Appreciate the info guys.... I'll look around more for some kind of branding/marking/writing/logo.

Worst case if I can't identify it, am I better off selling it and finding something known, or is that something my tuner would decide after seeing how the car responds to a tune?

I would just keep it, it looks nice. It depends if you like how it sounds. I dunno if i saw a cat or not in it, but I would take out the cat and put in a test pipe.
