Wink Would You Buy This Evo?

Hey guys I am a newbie and would really appreciate some helpful info. I found this car on Carmax and was debating whether or not to buy it. It would be my first Evo ever. It's an 06 AS Evo IX SE with 26k miles, 1 owner, never modded, stock. Price is $24,599. It looks super clean is this a good deal? Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

To be honest, i think from its despriction, its technical value should be around that price, like on KBB i think thats around the suggested price. i mean ive seen some deals on ebay that are a bit better, like with mods and stuff for the same price...

Edit: on second thoughts, that evo looks really sick, i think if it was down here id consider buying it myself, its extremely clean. Really nice evo imo, i mean an evo 9 mr , in mint condition is hard to find..

Pictures look great. What are your plans with it. Stock vs modding. You can find plenty of evos on the forum that would be a great buy. Deffenitly looks clean though. welcome to the forum.

Hi i want it as my dd and will remain stock for a while, then maybe later on i will mod it but i know it will never be crazy modded thats just me lol. Ur right there are alot of good evos for sale on the forum. My only objection to this car is that i want a WW or GG evo!!! But i hear the silver looks good too! Plus its an SE Thanks for the warm welcome

yea. Id trade my WW for a GG evo any day. I'd have a mechanic look it over possibly. But based on appearance looks great and that should relate to how its been treated. Also there is allot of satisfaction customizing a car yourself. But costly might I add.
Also I bought my '66 toyota landcruiser from California. Id say its the best climate for buying a car. next to a couple other states.

Yea it looks like its in almost excellent condition and was treated very well but i will know for sure once it gets here. I agree California's weather is great on cars, a '66 landcruiser!!! I dont think i've ever even seen one of those! You do lots of offroading? Didnt they use modified landcruisers to cross the antartica for the first time? Lol kind of off topic oh well

beautiful car my man and price is fair, although if this is at a dealer there going to rape you in taxes and all different types of fees.

It is beautiful i think and yep i agree i would much rather buy a 1 owner all stock vs. a multiple owner modded evo. More peace of mind and unmolested

Theres no doubt that it looks clean as hell. That price seems pretty fair. Get the car up on a lift, if everything looks nice, it'd be a good deal. Low mileage and looks really well kept. I would try to bargain it down at 23.5k and hope for 24k.
