Wow, that's a shady dealership to just tell you too bad after 25 miles on a new car. I would have gotten Mitsubishi involved. Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Keep looking there are some good deals to be had.

I had an 07 STI myself. It was a nice car. The build quality and interior are far superior to Evos, but the Evos are much better in the performance category.
